Pasta:
Each volunteer brings 3 pounds of pasta lightly coated with olive oil or butter
brought warm, sauce on the side
Water: 60+ water bottles or plastic cups and large bottles of water
Meatballs: 2 bags (one per volunteer - 64 in each) frozen regular meatballs cooked in sauce;
brought warm
Salad:
1 Big salad bowl or tin filled with a simple salad romaine & croutons, Bottles of Caeser, Italian and Ranch on the side
Bread:
10 loaves of garlic bread (premade is great) sliced and in a tin/basket
Utensils: Forks, Sturdy paper plates, napkins for
60 people
