New! Pasta Dinner Instructions

  • - Volunteers, it is important that all donations arrive to the host house by 5:45 ready to eat (warmed up, etc.)
  • - If you have any problem that day, please let your host know and make arrangements to drop off earlier in the day or get a friend to help you out.
  • - If you find you cannot supply what you have volunteered for, please find a substitute to fill in for you and let the Host know who it is.
  • Pasta: 3 volunteers  -- Two of whom are each bringing 3 lbs. of pasta with sauce (usually takes 2 to 3 jars) & one volunteer is bringing 3 lbs. pasta with butter.
  • Garlic Bread: 6 loaves, warmed up, cut and in a tin or basket ready to serve
  • Salad: 2 large bowls or tins, basic salad of romaine & croutons seem to work best. One bottle of Italian dressing and one of Ranch
  • Water: Enough for 40 people
  • Paper Goods & Utensils: Forks, Sturdy paper plates, napkins for 40
  • Meatballs -- 1 bags frozen (64 meatballs) - each volunteer should have one bag (64 meatballs) in sauce prepared and ready to serve
